Wainer Companies has been developing in the Covington area of St. Tammany Parish since the 1960’s starting with Flowers Estates subdivision.  Since then, we have master planned and developed most of the land north of Interstate 12 along Highway 21 from the Tchefuncte River to Bootlegger Rd. to Ochsner Blvd.  Our main goal is to provide a self-sufficient community where all amenities are within this one corridor including retail, grocery stores, medical, business campuses, residential  

Nord du Lac West

Nord du Lac West is in the heart of the fastest growing corridor in St. Tammany Parish. Comprised of over 800 acres, Nord du Lac West features a variety of uses from office, retail, medical, warehouse/logistics to multi-family, two family and single family residential.  Nord Du Lac West currently is home to some of St. Tammany’s premier businesses including Ochsner/MD Anderson/St Tammany Hospital Medical Campus, Llog Exploration, Ampirical Solutions, Avanti Senior Living, Forest Manor Nursing Home and Stone Creek Club and Spa to name a few.  It is surrounded by thousands of rooftops and beautiful subdivisions such as Maison Du Lac, Normandy Oaks and Terra Bella. Nord du Lac East

Nord Du Lac East is a vibrant 800-acre development in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, strategically situated north of Interstate 12 between the LA Highway 21 and Pinnacle Parkway exits. Vieux Carre 

Vieux Carre is an exciting, new mixed-use development located along Bootlegger Road, just off LA Highway 21, within the same corridor as Nord du Lac. Spanning 200 acres, Vieux Carre will feature commercial spaces with prominent frontage along Bootlegger Road. The planned business campus will accommodate a variety of uses within the commercial park.
